What to Expect - Your Process for Success
Based on the personalized process we’ve carefully selected together, there may be one or more cycles of sessions. Each cycle typically lasts 3 to 4 weeks, unless we decide on a different timeline. Below, you’ll find what to expect before, during, and after the first session.
Before the Session
Initial Consultation: Share your needs and explore how I can support you. This is your opportunity to ask questions and address any concerns.
Preparing for the Session: I’ll provide clear guidance to help you prepare, ensuring you feel confident and ready.
During the Session
Analysis: We begin with a brief interview to understand your perspective and clarify what you aim to achieve in this session.
Main Session: Each session is fully personalised to meet the client’s unique needs and lasts up to 3 hours. Depending on location and availability, the session can be conducted in person or via an online conference call (link provided). In both cases, the results are equally effective.
After the Session
3 weeks of Transformation: Following our session, I’ll send you a personalized self-hypnosis recording (around 15 minutes), crafted specifically for you. It’s important to listen to this recording once a day for 3 weeks to solidify the changes within your subconscious. Let your mind absorb the transformation, and watch as the changes unfold.
Trauma-Informed Coaching Sessions: You won’t go through this process alone. While listening to your recording, we’ll schedule support calls to discuss the shifts you’re noticing. I’ll also be available anytime via email and WhatsApp for ongoing guidance.
Next Session: After 3 weeks, we may move forward with the next session. Based on your individual needs, I may suggest adjusting this timeline.
