"I'm Christina. I live in Northern California. I found Evan a couple of months ago and I booked three sessions with him. I was lucky enough to come across his offer and I thought it was time to try something new. I had been through a big disruption in my life that required massive change for me. 

Going through some loss and grief, and loss of confidence and self-esteem, from what I now can identify as narcissistic abuse. I was really stuck in it and I found that he was so kind and compassionate and understanding. 

He explained the process so that I wasn't surprised by anything and he was really reassuring. He knew he could help. I was comfortable moving forward with that. For me, the key was relaxing into it and allowing myself to be guided and just trusting the process, just allowing myself to relax into it. 

I discovered quite a bit. I discovered some core issues and where they came from and how they influenced my decisions in my emotional state and my life in general. I came away with a better understanding of myself and clarity, helpful in calming my nervous system too. I was able to let go of some beliefs that I didn't really know that they were there. I feel like I know myself better and my life feels like my own again.
