What to Expect - Your Process for Success
Depending on the process that me and the client have carefully selected together, there might be one or more cycles of sessions. Each cycle lasts 3-4 weeks, unless agreed otherwise. Below you can see what happens before, during and after the first session.
Before the Session
Initial Consultation: Talk about what you need and how I can help you. This is your time to solve your doubts.
Preparing for the Session: I will provide you with guidance on how to prepare for the session.
During the Session
Analysis: We start with a short interview which will help me how you see the world and what you want to achieve in this specific session.
Main Session: A session is 100% personalised to the client's needs and lasts up to 3 hours. Depending on location and availability the session can be done in-person, or in an online conference call (I will provide link), and in both cases the result is the same.
After the Session
3 weeks of Transformation: After our session I will send you a short self-hypnosis recording (around 15min) which will be made only for you. You must listen to that recording once per day for 3 weeks, in order to "cement" the changes in your subconscious . After mind and let the changes reveal.
Trauma-Informed Coaching Sessions: You will not be alone through this process. While listening to the recording we will schedule additional support calls to talk about the changes that you observe. Additionally, I will always be available via email and WhatsApp.
Next Session: When 3 weeks have passed, we may continue with the next session. Some cases may need more or less time of transformation, if that is the case we will discuss it together in the initial consultation.
