My Story
I grew up on a Greek island feeling like I didn’t quite fit — not because of who I was, but because the world around me was smaller than what I could feel inside. I was spiritual but not religious, I was gay, and neither of those things had much room in a small Greek town.
From a young age I had experiences that showed me there was more going on beneath the surface than most people around me acknowledged. I learned early to trust that knowing, even when I couldn’t explain it, and even when everything around me suggested I should ignore it.
Before I found my way to Barcelona, I spent a few months living in Saudi Arabia — a country where, at the time, being gay was illegal. It was my first experience of being completely untethered from everything familiar, in every sense of the word.

Disorienting and expansive in equal measure. What it gave me was something I didn’t expect: the discovery that I could land somewhere entirely foreign — somewhere that had no framework for who I was — and still find myself there. That I was more portable than I thought.
That discovery made the next leap possible. At some point I made a decision that made no logical sense. I moved to Barcelona — a city I’d never visited, whose language I didn’t speak, where I knew nobody — based entirely on a feeling. No plan. Just a pull I couldn’t ignore.
That move cracked something open. Not because Barcelona fixed me, but because I finally stopped managing myself and started actually living. Through new connections, deep study, and my own healing work, I began to understand something that would eventually become the foundation of everything I do: circumstances change, people heal, and identity is not fixed. The version of you that feels like the truth right now is not the final version.
But the real proof came later.
I developed a back problem (lumbar hernia) severe enough that I once had to call an ambulance because I couldn’t walk — the kind of condition doctors typically associate with age or weight, neither of which applied to me. There was no clear explanation for why it was happening. I had surgery. It helped — and then the problem came back. Doctors told me I would likely need surgery again.

Instead of a second surgery, I worked with my own subconscious — the same process I now use with clients.
In that deep meditative state, I found the part of me that had been carrying this — a part that, it turned out, had been there since I was five years old. I didn’t fight it. I didn’t try to reason with it. I just let it feel understood for the first time.
I went to sleep that night with a sharp knife-like pain running from my left glute down to my toes. I woke up the next morning and it was gone.
Over the following months I could feel my body continuing adjusting, rewiring, settling. Today, years later, I’m healthy and free from that issue.
That morning changed everything. Because it showed me what becomes possible when a person finally stops fighting themselves and starts listening to what’s underneath. I do this work because I know, from the inside, what that shift feels like. And I know it’s available to anyone willing to go there.
That’s what I bring to every session. Not a technique. A lived understanding of what becomes possible when you finally go to the source.
