1. An interview and the hypno-therapeutic session (up to 4 hours).
2. Therapeutic coaching — two scheduled calls (approx 1h total) and ongoing support via WhatsApp.
3. Personalised hypnotic recording (15-20min) to listen to once per day and “cement” the changes.
4. Small daily practices, to help you embody the changes in your everyday life.

How is your approach different from other forms of therapy?
Many people try to change their thoughts or behaviour, either by talking about their problems, or by trying to embrace positivity, or by finding ways to escape it, but the real pattern lives deeper, in the subconscious. That’s where emotional memories and automatic reactions are stored.
My work is at this deeper level, where everything is programmed by Emotion and Belief, not logic. By uncovering the Root Cause of your challenges, you can understand and release limiting patterns.
Instead of just managing symptoms, your mind shows us where/how the pattern began and why it created it. With understanding comes power. When we understand the real origin of the pattern, the emotional charge begins to release, and we gain the power to choose a different response instead of the old one.
From there, your mind becomes receptive — and positive change settles in naturally. Not forced. Not temporary. But grounded and lasting.
Will I be guided back to past experiences during the process?
We regress to the Root Cause. The aim isn’t to relive an experience, but to identify what your mind decided in that moment. That decision is what still shapes your beliefs, reactions, or behaviours today.
This process helps uncover the true root of what’s holding you back. It’s safe, structured, and supported. You observe the past from a new perspective, release what no longer serves you, and create change that actually lasts.
What does hypnosis feel like?
Hypnosis is nothing like what you’ve seen in movies.
Entering a hypnotic state is deeply relaxing, much like other types of meditation. Throughout the session, you remain fully aware of your surroundings, the memories you are revisiting, and the information you are sharing. You are not asleep, you are just relaxed.
The best part is that you have more control than what you would normally have, because you can access feelings and information and perform the changes that you want in your subconscious mind.
Although hypnosis increases your suggestibility, it’s crucial to understand that you retain full control and will only accept suggestions that align with your goals, such as adopting healthy habits, losing weight, or boosting your confidence in speaking.
And, you will recall everything from the session.

Following a hypnotic session, and depending on your unique situation, change can unfold in three powerful ways:

Is the process online or in-person? Which is better?
I offer both options. My clients come from different parts of the work, so I mainly work online and the result is exactly the same. For in-person therapy, I’m based in Barcelona (centre), Spain.
Online therapy can have the following advantages:
– Clients get the support they need from the comfort of their own home. You can even be in your pyjamas if you wish.
– Many clients feel more relaxed and safe in their own space, which helps the nervous system settle and makes it easier to open up and go deeper in the work.
– A hypnotic session can last several hours, so you can rest immediately afterwards.
– No need to drive or commute.
– Online therapy allows me to help people all over the world. I’ve had clients in the UK, USA, Mexico, Australia, Spain, France, Greece, Turkey, India, and more.
What languages do you speak?
I’m fluent in English, Spanish and Greek and I give sessions in those languages.
